This is not a book on making love, in the intimate sense. There are plenty of apps and unsolicited advice from peers and parents for that.

This is instead an invitation to a more intriguing conversation: why finding and keeping great love is so hard in this human experience.

Reflecting on my own journey and observing the journeys of those around me, I wrote this little book—or piccolo libro—with the hope that it will help you navigate the unpredictable and mysterious path that is modern love. I certainly don’t have all the answers, but I hope to guide you toward the right questions.
